Collection of general information on our website

Kind and cause of processing:

When you access our website, when you don't register, log in or transmit other information, we collect general information automatically. This information (server-logfiles) include your webbrowser, your operating system, the domain name of your ISP, your IP-address and simmilar data.

They are processed especially for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring smooth usage of our website,

  • website optimization.

We do not use your data to get informations about your person. That kind of information will be anonymously analyzed statistically if need be to optimize our website and connected technology.

Storage duration:

Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed. Data required for delivery of the website will be deleted as soon as the session is closed. Data stored in log files will be deleted after at most 14 days. Storage longer than that is possible. In that case IP-addresses of users are anonymized such that the client is no longer identifiable.

Provision prescribed or required:

Provision of the above mentioned personal data is not required by law or contract. Without the IP-address we cannot provide our website however. Some services might become unavailable. For this reason objection is not possible.

Processing of provided data is based in our legitimate interest. (Art. 6 Section 1 lit. f GDPR).

By providing a contact form we want to enable easy communication. The data you provide is saved for processing your request and possible questions from our end.

If you contact us to request an offer, we process your data for the prupose of pre contract actions. (Art. 6 Section 1 lit. b GDPR).

Storage time:

Data will be deleted after at most 6 months after processing your request.

If we sign a contract, we are required to keep some data for a period of time according to German trade law (HGB). We will delete the data after this time.

Provision of your personal data is not required. Although we can only process your request if you provide your e-mail address, name and request.

Embedded YouTube videos

On our websitte we embed YouTube videos. Provider of corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA („YouTube“). YouTube, LLC is a daughter of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“). When you visit a site with the YouTube-Plugin a connection to YouTube's servers is made. This will notify YouTube which site you are visiting. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can log your surfing behaviour. To avoid this log out of YouTube beforehand.

When you start a YouTube video, YouTube will set cookies that can track your usage behaviour.

Revocation of consent:
